All limited liability company (“LLC”) members and managers are reminded of broad Washington statute changes to the LLC laws effective January 1, 2016. The new laws apply to new LLCs (created on or after January 2016) and also to LLCs existing prior to 2016. For LLCs formed prior to 2016, the new laws take effect July 1, 2016.
