Overview
Alex Arnts is an associate in the firm’s business and real estate law group. He helps clients with a variety of matters including entity formation, corporate formalities, contract review and drafting, buy and sale transactions for both businesses and real estate, and an array of real estate related issues. In his free time, Alex enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and golfing.
