Christopher J. Marston

Bio

Christopher Marston represents individuals in estate planning and probate matters, and individuals and businesses with their real estate and ongoing business operations.  His practice focuses on estate planning for individuals and couples, the administration of trusts, and representing parties in the probate of simple and complex estates, including under the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA).  With respect to his business clients, he focuses on advising and assisting them with formation issues, including the formation of limited liability companies, day-to-day operations, contract review and drafting, and dispute resolution.  He also assists clients with their real estate matters.  Christopher enjoys the relationships he establishes with his clients and providing them with practical legal advice to guide them in their individual and business endeavors.
