Davies Pearson is pleased to announce that attorney Ingrid McLeod has been selected by the Pierce County Superior Court to serve on its Guardian ad Litem registry for matters arising under Title 11 RCW. Title 11 RCW Guardians ad Litem complete extensive training in the areas of guardianship, capacity assessment, vulnerable adult protection issues, and agency relationships. The court appoints Title 11 Guardians ad Litem to investigate and report to the court with recommendations for ruling on guardianship petitions and other matters, including estate, trust, and attorney-in-fact proceedings.
